To provide general operating support to host community meetings and remove barriers to participation.

To fund consultant costs associated with managing the database of indicators, analysis and interpretation of new data, updating the online data display, and dissemination to targeted audiences.

To fund consulting costs associated with a statewide public awareness and anti-stigma campaign.
