Our Mission-Focused Operating Foundation

Health Strategies of New Hampshire was created by the Endowment for Health, Inc. It was established as a private operating foundation to assist with the mission to improve the health and reduce the burden of illness of the people of New Hampshire.

Health Strategies of New Hampshire frequently serves as the organization that manages the funds for collaborative short-term projects in New Hampshire that have multiple funders.

Since 2008 the operating foundation has managed more than $3 million in grant revenue to conduct programs that benefit the people of New Hampshire. The Endowment for Health has been the main contributor for the operating foundation, but it has also received support from several other funders and collaborators for joint projects.

Health Strategies of New Hampshire has a separate board from the Endowment for Health. It files a 990-PF annually. Yvonne Goldsberry, PhD, President of the Endowment and Sue Fulton, MBA, Chief Financial Officer for the Endowment manage the foundations resources.
