Kevin J. Rasch is the General Counsel of Health Plans Inc. (HPI) and Corporate Vice President of Point32 Health. HPI offers self-funding solutions that empower employers to meet their financial and member health goals. Point32 Health is the organization resulting from the combination of Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plans.
During his time at Point32 Health, Kevin served as the Interim Chief Diversity Equity and Inclusion Officer of the entire Point32 Health enterprise, responsible for implementing the organizations’ goal to become a recognized health equity leader through programs that eliminate health disparities and improve member experience.
Mr. Rasch received a Master’s Degree in Public Policy and Economic Analysis from Trinity College and then went on to earn his law degree from the College of William and Mary and a MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Mr. Rasch resides in Littleton, New Hampshire. An avid outdoorsman, Kevin can typically be found skiing, biking, or climbing wherever there are mountains or remote and wild landscapes.
