Martha Cottrill, CFA, is a founder and Director of Taylor, Cottrill, Erickson & Associates, Inc, an investment advisory firm serving high net worth clients. Her areas of focus include securities analysis, portfolio management, client counselling, and managing the business itself. Ms. Cottrill’s investment career began with Morgan Stanley in New York City, but she relocated to New Hampshire after quickly recognizing she would never be a New Yorker in her heart. Prior to founding Taylor, Cottrill, Erickson, Ms. Cottrill was managing director and chief operating officer of a New Hampshire investment subsidiary of Boston Private Bank and Trust where she managed portfolios for institutional clients as well as individuals, and communicated regularly with consultants and investment committees. Ms. Cottrill has served on the boards of the Women’s Fund of New Hampshire (now the Women’s Foundation) and the Ausbon Sargent Land Trust in New London. Ms. Cottrill graduated cum laude from Johns Hopkins University and has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
