Mike Devlin, a former NH resident who still has a strong affinity for the state, is the Chief Program Officer at South Middlesex Opportunity Council in Framingham, MA, a large anti-poverty organization serving the human service needs of many communities. In previous positions, he was Director of Grants and Initiatives at Harvard Pilgrim Health Care Foundation (serving NH and other New England states), Director of the Massachusetts Prevention Center as well as Associate Director for International Programs at Boston University School of Public Health where he received his Master of Public Health. He started his career in the Peace Corps as a Nutrition and Health Volunteer in the Philippines.
