Samantha is the Manager of Education & Asset Building Programs at AHEAD Inc. in Littleton, New Hampshire. Samantha has been active in the affordable housing sector for more than a decade as a certified Housing & Urban Development (HUD) Housing Counselor and as Vermont and New Hampshire’s only certified Reverse Mortgage Counselor. In addition, Samantha is an experienced financial capabilities counselor and trainer, having taught over 500 financial education trainings throughout New Hampshire. Samantha is a life-long resident of Coos County and is the mother of two young men. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Public Administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
