To improve recovery support provision for people with intellectual and development disabilities by providing a one-day conference on the topic of addiction recovery supports for people with intellectual and development disabilities.

To increase NH nonprofits fiscal acumen and advance their capacity to implement highly strategic business practices by providing a suite of program offerings including regional seminars, an intensive six-month clinic, train-the-trainer seminar, as well as expanded tools and resources on NonprofitNext (online platform).

To determine the viability of expanding the organization

To create a three to five year strategic and child abuse prevention plan to be implemented in 2017.

To create an effective Board of Directors by undertaking a board development project with a strategic consultant.

To help Rivier Success and Visionary Project (RSVP) students develop knowledge of varying cultures; to increase outreach to the greater Nashua community; to encourage team building, goal setting, problem solving and trust building; and to encourage students to consider diverse possibilities in the greater Nashua area for their future professional work by providing appropriate co-curricular activities that will serve to enhance their academic curriculum.

To build the capacity of the organization for the future by creating plans for board recruitment, governance and development.

To improve transportation program efficiencies in the Monadnock area by consolidating community transportation programs.

To implement essential stigma reduction strategies for statewide mental health center staff lessening target population obstacles to treatment by conducting a lengthy assessment and training regiment, with intermittent public forums.

To measure outcomes and ongoing assessment of progress for strategies implemented from the Impact Monadnock

To finalize the 2015 NH Oral Health State Plan by developing action plan steps, assigning lead responsible parties and identifying resources for each priority area.

To raise awareness of addiction as a chronic disease, as well as the importance of screening for and addressing substance abuse in advance of the emergence of addiction by engaging conference attendees and invited guests to witness a dramatic performance of Act Three of Eugene O'Neill's Long Day's Journey into Night as a catalyst for town hall discussions about the disease of addiction as it touches patients, families, and health professionals.
