To implement essential stigma reduction strategies for statewide mental health center staff lessening target population obstacles to treatment by conducting a lengthy assessment and training regiment, with intermittent public forums.

To develop a blueprint for increasing collaborations, maximizing resources, and creating effective responses to address the growing problem of elder financial exploitation in NH.

To finalize the 2015 NH Oral Health State Plan by developing action plan steps, assigning lead responsible parties and identifying resources for each priority area.

To raise awareness of addiction as a chronic disease, as well as the importance of screening for and addressing substance abuse in advance of the emergence of addiction by engaging conference attendees and invited guests to witness a dramatic performance of Act Three of Eugene O'Neill's Long Day's Journey into Night as a catalyst for town hall discussions about the disease of addiction as it touches patients, families, and health professionals.

To identify a dynamic leader to serve as the Center

To promote recovery from addiction through a statewide campaign to address drug and alcohol addiction issues in NH.

To promote greater integration and self-sufficiency of immigrant and refugee persons by increasing language skills, providing culturally and linguistically appropriate American history and civics classes, and assisting newcomers as they prepare to obtain citizenship.

To engage and train school district teachers, staff and key community partners in the Community Peer Support Model, an intensive, culturally responsive practice, in order to build and strengthen the community where Concord's most vulnerable population of refugee children live, learn and play.

To increase transportation advocacy capacity by creating a database of venues and people willing to attend meetings and speak about the need for transportation options using the tools provided.

To offer a continuum of coordinated behavioral health services by effectively providing comprehensive quality care from three agencies, Manchester Community Health Center, Westside Neighborhood Health Center and the Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester.

To increase organizational capacity, financial growth and ongoing sustainability by developing a comprehensive strategic plan.

To bridge the communication gap that distances veterans from civilians and support successful veteran integration by providing an opportunity for veterans to share their stories through film and book discussions
