To identify and implement strategies to reduce childhood lead poisoning in NH by developing and implementing a communications strategy for effective public education and outreach.

To increase the likelihood that all youth are supported in ways that advance healthy development and well-being and reduce the impact of negative life experiences by increasing the knowledge and effectiveness of professionals who work with young people.

To recruit additional volunteers, especially males, to serve every child in need in the state and more closely reflect the demographics of the population served by launching a volunteer recruitment awareness campaign 100 Men for 100 Children.

To promote the well-being of older adults by providing free health screenings at the Senior Center.

To establish a statewide system for seriously ill, frail elders to have conversations with loved ones and health providers regarding goals of care and specific life sustaining treatments by having the patient's choices documented on a POLST form (medical orders) as the patient moves among different care settings before they die.

NH programs will become certified in the National Standards of Quality for Family Strengthening and Support leading to a shared identity and strong field.

To strengthen State and local capacity to deliver high-quality oral health services by providing access to expert speakers on important oral health issues.

To improve healthy lifestyle choices related to sleep, nutrition, and substance abuse by promoting the Life of an Athlete prevention program.

To ensure that residents of assisted living facilities are afforded all of the legal protections to which they are entitled and receive the care and services they need to maximize their health, safety and independence.

To effectively serve young adult offenders with alcohol and marijuana violations by educating them, and a parent or adult, on the health and legal implications of misusing substances and to have the My Choice Diversion Program Certified.

To deepen community understanding about how early relationships create the foundation for life-long health by providing learning opportunities to hear from a national expert.
