To more effectively assist those impacted by domestic and sexual violence in Strafford and Rockingham Counties by increasing organizational capacity and efficiency of A Safe Place and Sexual Assault Support Services through a merger.

To improve access to oral health care for underserved populations by expanding the dental center, preferably in partnership with an area primary health care provider.

To create a revised and updated New Hampshire Oral Health Plan by conducting a broad-based planning process that identifies and builds on progress in the NH oral health field, identifies and utilizes current and emerging data, incorporates emerging challenges and opportunities, contains concrete goals and quantifies new and ongoing resources.

To assist in strengthening the physical and mental health of immigrant and refugee victims of domestic violence and sexual assault and their families by providing specialized immigration-related legal services that enable victims to obtain a legal status in the U.S., receive employment authorization, and fully free themselves from abusive relationships.

To expand and strengthen the Connections adult literacy program by incorporating a writing component, developing new web-based resources, integrating instruction in the use of digital media to enhance the literary experience, and presenting companion programs which coordinate with other Council-conducted projects.
