A hired consultant agency will collaborate with the Economic Development Workgroup Project Team to accomplish the following: 1) Summarize and document the four years of work undertaken by the Economic Development Workgroup of the Race & Equity in NH Series; 2) Develop a plan for finalizing an ecosystem map that provides a context for economic agencies and stakeholders to address gaps in resources (including barriers and access to opportunities) for wealth accumulation for economically disadvantaged and marginalized people in New Hampshire. The plan will include specific communication strategies for general audiences, economic agencies and stakeholders. Additionally, a participatory process which includes targeted participants, impacted communities, community leaders and experts will be outlined.
