To fund staffing, consultants and related expenditures associated with building backbone infrastructure to monitor progress, to foster coordination and to align partners for Plan implementation efforts.

To increase NH's capacity to meet the needs of infants and young children whose healthy brain development is seriously compromised by exposure to violence by supporting train-the-trainer certification in Child Parent Psychotherapy to institutionalize this highly effective evidence-based practice.

To expand the degree to which parents have the leadership skills to engage in the continuum of social change strategies from direct service, public issue education, advocacy, and policy change by conducting a study to understand the current NH environment and best practices in parent/caregiver engagement and leadership development nationally; and by conducting a gap analysis which will result in a shared set of goals and specific activities to strengthen parent leadership capacity in NH.

To improve the quality, consistency, and efficiency of the behavioral health service delivery system for children, adolescents and their families and to create a foundation for training the children

To provide civil legal services and engage in systemic advocacy for low-income delinquent and Child in Need of Services (CHINS) youth to ensure that they receive mental health, educational, and other services they need to prevent delinquent behavior and involvement with the juvenile system.

To ensure quality advocacy, knowledge development and nonprofit capacity building leadership for the mental health system which supports NH's children and their families by providing operating support.

To improve the behavioral health of NH’s children and their families by implementing a collective impact initiative based on the March 2013 plan, Transforming Children’s Behavioral Health Care.

To increase timely and appropriate access to behavioral health care for NH children and youth with behavioral health care needs and their families by supporting the field to increase community-based capacity to deliver evidence-based individualized treatment and to leverage national and foundation funding.

To provide civil legal services and engage in systemic advocacy for low-income delinquent and CHINS youth to ensure that they receive the mental health, educational, and other services they need to prevent delinquent behavior and involvement with the juvenile system.

To advance the goals of the state’s plan Transforming Children’s Behavioral Health Care by prioritizing strategic policy objectives and identifying strategies to achieve them.

To ensure quality advocacy, knowledge development and nonprofit capacity building leadership for the mental health system which supports NH's children and their families by providing operating support.

To increase access to high quality eating disorder treatment by providing multi-disciplinary training and ongoing coaching in six underserved communities.
