To receive a CMS Health Care Innovations grant (ACA related) to create and implement at statewide CHW system for NH's community health centers.

To increase access to health insurance coverage for the evidence-based treatment of Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASDs) across all segments of the health insurance market in New Hampshire by monitoring compliance with Connor's Law (legislative mandate), Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment federal requirements and by educating self-funded plans, policymakers, family advocates and providers about evidence-based treatment of ASDs.

To increase understanding of the impacts major state budget changes from 2008 through 2013 have had or will have by documenting changes, reporting how changes have been implemented at the state executive agency and community levels, and how these changes have affected the service provision of the health and social services systems.

To improve oral health practice management by having Safety Net Solutions conduct an assessment of the program that will include an analysis of the dental program's current financial viability, operational strength, productivity and clinical quality.

To build stronger communities and improve child welfare by increasing the degree of understanding, collaboration and mutual support around the Strengthening Families approach between early childhood providers, family support providers, home visitors, medical providers, schools and state agencies.

To provide nonprofit leaders with the knowledge and tools needed to capture media attention and effectively convey messages by convening a communications workshop that features media professionals providing practical, how-to messaging and communications advice.

To increase awareness and enhance the knowledge of business, government and nonprofit leaders of the impact nonprofit services have on the health and well-being of NH citizens, especially those struggling to access health service due to economic barriers.

To improve access to care and education for children, adolescents and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and their families by convening a forum of providers and parents to propose and prioritize solutions to promote best practices, coordinated and cost-effective care, and increased communication among providers.
