To effectively and efficiently inform the development of state and federal policies that will facilitate providing services to NH's homeless population and eventually end homelessness in NH.

To increase CASA of New Hampshire

To improve the educational and community outcomes of youth with emotional and behavioral challenges in New Hampshire as they transition from adolescence to adult life by building the capacity of community mental health centers to train and coach their staff to implement the RENEW model, assist the centers to build strong linkages with schools and community agencies, and continue to facilitate a leadership process to problem solve around funding, implementation, and administrative barriers that prevent full implementation and access to high-quality transition services for youth with emotional and behavioral challenges.

To improve behavioral health outcomes and access to care at Newport Middle High School by integrating behavioral health services at a school-based health clinic.

To provide the tools for improving quality of life and wellness in the physically-disabled, wheelchair using population of New Hampshire by creating 1) a safe and accessible fitness environment in multiple communities 2) a peer-driven, grass roots wheelchair exercise program 3) a peer support, networking group that shares health promotion and disease prevention information.

To deepen national and regional New England media understanding of the intricate and dynamic world of medicine and health care, with an emphasis on the overall health system and special problems facing low-income and uninsured individuals and families.
