To improve access to and coordination of community transportation in the Plymouth/Grafton County region by providing matching funds for planning.

To improve the educational and community outcomes of youth with emotional and behavioral disorders (EBD) in New Hampshire as they transition from adolescence to adult life by training professional staff members in the community mental health centers and other providers within the state mental health system to implement the RENEW model and facilitate a process to problem solve around funding, implementation, and administrative barriers that prevent full implementation and access to high-quality transition services for youth with EBD.

To build a community of informed leaders in NH to increase civic engagement and strengthen communities through connecting and educating a diverse pool of engaged or emerging leaders about the State of New Hampshire.

To build the national will to address the full range of poverty issues and to identify solutions that foster opportunity.

To reduce suicide in NH by bringing professionals, policy makers and survivors together to learn about evidence based methods being used to prevent suicide in NH and throughout the country.

To improve the effectiveness of nonprofit organizations in NH especially business systems by creating a cost effective web platform that provides a multitude of best practice business resources, purchasing opportunities, operational and governance tools, HR policies, training resources, networking sites and other resources.

To enhance and strengthen the safety net of services to at-risk youth and families in New Hampshire by a strategic collaboration/merger between Familystrength and Goodwill Industries of Northern New England.

To deepen national and regional media understanding of the intricate and dynamic world of medicine and health care, with an emphasis on the overall health system and special problems facing low-income and uninsured individuals and families.

To provide nonprofit advocacy capacity in NH including access to advocacy education for nonprofits by developing nonprofit advocacy capacity within the NH Center for Nonprofits.

To improve the health of the people of New Hampshire and assure a high-quality, high-functioning, cost-effective health care system for all the residents of the state by convening and conducting multi-stakeholder efforts to create and sustain positive health systems change.

To promote resiliency, enhance coping skills and develop natural supports for young adults with serious mental health problems by providing evidence based treatment and promising practices within an integrated system of care.

To help assure the sustainability of the Coos County health care system by continuing and expanding the collaboration of the three Coos County hospitals allowing the hospitals to provide reasonable access to health care for Coos County residents, quality that meets appropriate benchmarks, and costs that are sustainable by businesses and individuals in the economically challenged county.
