To reduce suicide in NH by bringing professionals, policy makers and survivors together to learn about evidence based methods being used to prevent suicide in NH and throughout the country.

To improve the effectiveness of nonprofit organizations in NH especially business systems by creating a cost effective web platform that provides a multitude of best practice business resources, purchasing opportunities, operational and governance tools, HR policies, training resources, networking sites and other resources.

To address various cultural and linguistic barriers to healthcare and health-related services and empower community members by providing immigrants and refugees with health education programs presented by healthcare providers and by providing a community health nurse on-site at the Coalition of African Organization's office on a monthly basis.

To foster healthy relationships among African parents and children in Manchester and Concord and increase parental involvement in their children's schools by piloting a culturally appropriate family support model based on national best practices and bridging relationships between schools and refugee families.

To improve outcomes for children with mental health needs who are currently in or are at-risk for out-of-home placement by piloting a high fidelity wraparound approach in Belknap County and by creating a financing mechanism to braid funding across child serving systems.

To provide integrated, family-centered care designed specifically to serve children and families facing the unique challenges presented by homelessness and co-occurring mental illness/substance abuse disorders by reducing common barriers to care faced by vulnerable families.

To enhance and strengthen the safety net of services to at-risk youth and families in New Hampshire by a strategic collaboration/merger between Familystrength and Goodwill Industries of Northern New England.

To deepen national and regional media understanding of the intricate and dynamic world of medicine and health care, with an emphasis on the overall health system and special problems facing low-income and uninsured individuals and families.

To provide nonprofit advocacy capacity in NH including access to advocacy education for nonprofits by developing nonprofit advocacy capacity within the NH Center for Nonprofits.

To improve the health of the people of New Hampshire and assure a high-quality, high-functioning, cost-effective health care system for all the residents of the state by convening and conducting multi-stakeholder efforts to create and sustain positive health systems change.

To promote resiliency, enhance coping skills and develop natural supports for young adults with serious mental health problems by providing evidence based treatment and promising practices within an integrated system of care.

To raise awareness and promote healthy behaviors related to the prevention and control of diabetes and cardiovascular disease among minority groups and by convening a statewide conference that will provide information, education, and training addressing these issues.
