To create a sustainable network of credible community members who can effectively advocate for increased access to health care by providing leadership workshops in three different communities.

To prepare Child and Family Services' clinicians to effectively intervene to mitigate the negative effects of traumatic experiences on children by providing advanced training including clinical supervision in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

To assist the Community Mental Health Center to develop new strategies for providing services to clients with reduced revenues by providing support for a consultant to work with the Board and leadership to review current service models and develop alternatives.

To build grant writing capacity in NH by providing scholarships to the NH Grants Institute.

To implement the NH Healthy Eating/Active Living (HEAL) Plan by establishing a lead organization to coordinate the implementation and to support communities to implement the Plan.

To improve access to mental, medical and oral health care in the Farmington community by engaging and obtaining support from community stakeholders, including providers, school staff, administration, and other local businesspersons in developing a School-based health center (SBHC) at the Farmington High School.

To ensure quality advocacy, nonprofit capacity building and knowledge development for the health system in NH in order to improve the health of NH residents by sustaining the general operations of key NH nonprofits.

To conduct the research needed to guide PPNNE in its pursuit to become financially sustainable in New Hampshire while remaining a safety net provider for those in need by: 1) Exploring new business models; and 2) Surveying former and current patients to understand the reproductive and sexual health care needs in the communities we are currently located.

Create a multi-disciplinary and cross-advocacy coalition that will reshape New Hampshire's approach to transportation policy along core guidelines of sustainability, diversity, and flexibility. This will be done by learning about common needs and interests among coalition members, establishing a common language and understanding of the transportation system, creating a common vision for New Hampshire's transportation future, and identifying an implementation and sustainability plan to ensure the continued success of the coalition for the next 20+ years.

To improve the mental health of the people of NH by leading the implementation of the statewide mental health plan, Fulfilling the Promise: Transforming New Hampshire's Mental Health System.

To build a statewide plan to bring concussion education, prevention, clinical expertise, technology and accountability to improve the health of girls and boys participating in youth sports in New Hampshire.

To ensure quality advocacy, nonprofit capacity building and knowledge development for the health system in NH in order to improve the health of NH residents by sustaining the general operations of key NH nonprofits.
