To ensure delinquent and CHINS youth receive the mental health, educational and other services they need by providing civil legal services in collaboration with courts, juvenile services officers, public defenders, mental health providers, schools and other key organizations serving children and youth.

To ensure children receive quality mental health care services that are safe, effective and appropriate by enhancing knowledge about current NH prescribing practices, increasing awareness, and promoting adoption of evidence-based best practices for prescribing psychotropic drugs.

To create and implement a targeted, multi-year business and action plan for the start-up of the University of New England School of Dental Medicine. The project mobilizes both internal UNE resources and external regional collaborators and culminates in the successful admission of students to the school in 2011.

To improve access to health for the residents of the Contoocook Valley area by expanding access and coordinating development of transportation options.

To reduce social and cultural barriers to health and well-being for immigrants and refugees in the City of Nashua by strengthening coordination among municipal, social and health care agencies to better serve new arrivals, empowering individuals to navigate various public systems and improving the provision of culturally and linguistically appropriate services.

To improve mobility and access for residents and visitors by establishing an effective, reliable, coordinated, and sustainable community transit system.

To improve social connection and overall well-being within NH's diverse communities by increasing cultural understanding and knowledge about immigration among diverse stakeholders (particularly health care professionals and policy makers) through public education and by engaging newcomers and native-born community members in sustained and productive dialogue.

To provide integrated, family-centered care designed specifically to serve children and families facing the unique challenges presented by homelessness and co-occurring mental illness/substance abuse disorders by reducing common barriers to care faced by vulnerable families.
