To continue to create a shared identity among stakeholders and strengthen the knowledge base within the field of elders in NH by funding:
• Convening and facilitation of key stakeholders
• Technical assistance from experts in the field of aging and elder health
• A Tri-State Roundtable on Aging (NH, ME, VT) for the sharing of innovations and emerging solutions to create more age-friendly communities
