To ensure that underserved populations with barriers to accessing appropriate health care continue to have a powerful advocate for the elimination of health disparities as well as uninterrupted access to high-quality, culturally appropriate services by increasing the capacity of staff and board at the New Hampshire Minority Health Coalition to manage change in general and the transition to a new Executive Director specifically.
