To develop and implement a program to improve access and capacity to better meet the mental health needs of the Latino/Hispanic population in our region. As our community changes, we recognize the need to be able to change along with it and become more culturally compentent at delivering services that maintain our high quality tradition and are sensitive to the culture and values of the citizens who come through the doors.
