Déodonné Bhattarai

Déodonné is the Communications director for New Hampshire’s Protection and Advocacy agency, Disability Rights Center – NH. She holds a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law and a Master of Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine. She is also a graduate of the New Hampshire Leadership Series and the Parent Information Center’s Volunteer Advocate training. With a strong commitment to advancing inclusion and community accessibility, Déodonné serves as the New Hampshire representative for Cure SMA New England, is a board member of Friends of White Park, and was recently appointed to the City of Concord’s Recreation and Parks Advisory Council. Her previous service includes roles on the UNH Institute on Disability’s Consumer Advisory Council, the New Hampshire

Council on Developmental Disabilities, and as Vice Chair of the NH Council

for Youths with Chronic Conditions.
