Helen Mrema, MSW (they/them) is a community organizing advocate at the ACLU of New Hampshire. Helen’s top priorities include advocating for community representation at every level of decision-making, and especially advocating for the deep recognition of our shared humanity and dignity in our government systems, community institutions, and municipal policies. Helen values the commitment to centering the human experience in the planning process, and the prioritization of equitable access to health and safety for Black, LGBT+ and all other marginalized communities.
