Kassidy is a Manufacturing Process Technician at Hypertherm Associates in Lebanon where she creates high level processes for the production floor. She is also an active and passionate contributor to the LGBTQ+ resource group at Hypertherm, Owners with Pride. In that role, she helps foster a safe environment for communication and advocacy for that community. Additionally, she helps facilitate the alignment of the group’s goals and activities with the core values of the company. Kassidy often volunteers her time maintaining a hiking trail network on conserved lands to ensure mutually beneficial interactions between the public and nature. She lives with her wife and child in Enfield, NH.
