Justice McGuire is an experienced mediator and arbitrator. She is also Senior Associate Justice in the NH Superior Court. Justice McGuire has extensive experience conducting thousands of judicial proceedings, evaluating volumes of evidence, and producing fair and impartial decisions. She has established precedent-making decisions that have been upheld by New Hampshire Supreme Court. Justice McGuire has also worked for the NH Office of the Attorney General and for the NH Supreme Court.
