Ken Gordon serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Coos County Family Health Services, a role he has held since April 2015. Previously, he served as the Executive Director of the North Country Accountable Care Organization, one of the first ACO’s in the country to participate in the Advanced Payment model of the Medicare Shared Savings Program. Before that, Ken served as the Executive Director of the Area Agency on Aging for Northeastern Vermont, which provides services to elders and family caregivers in the three-county region of Northeastern Vermont.

His professional background includes experience in home health and hospice, long-term services and supports, advocacy and policy analysis. Ken holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Vermont (1996).
