Tricia Lucas’s professional career, from which she retired in 2021, was devoted to the public and nonprofit sectors. Her experience includes service as a senior policy advisor within the Office of Medicaid Services in the NH Department of Health and Human Services (2015 – 2021); Advocacy Director at New Futures (2007 – 2015); and various senior positions within NH Department of Health and Human Services related to public policy, health care, and children’s issues (1992 – 2007). She is a graduate of the College of Wooster, the Harvard Law School, and the Program for Senior Executives in State and Local Government at the John F. Kennedy School of Government. She currently serves as a trustee of the Community College System of New Hampshire, where she is member of the Executive, Finance, and Audit Committees.
