Landscape Analysis and Mapping Report

This report represents the first use of the Field Assessment Tool (FASST) to assess the conditions of NH's Health Equity field across seven field building domains, based on interviews with key informants engaged in this work.

The “Health Equity: State-Level Promising Practices, Policies, and System Reforms Report,” completed in June 2019, proposes a framework for understanding how five states have significantly advanced efforts to promote health equity – attaining the highest level of health for all people. The report provides in depth profiles of health equity work underway in five states, namely Colorado, Michigan, Minnesota, Washington, and Wisconsin, all of which share commonalities with New Hampshire. The report aims to inform, affirm, and encourage NH state leaders to invest in health equity.

On April 20, 2019 the Endowment for Health and its community partners held Symposium 2.0. This report documents the recommendations of six sector workgroups in service to the Race & Equity in NH Series.

On October 16, 2017, the Endowment for Health and its community partners held an Inaugural Symposium in Concord, NH entitled, “Race & Equity in New Hampshire: Building Foundations for the Future”. This report documents the outcomes from that symposium.
