To fund the planning phase of an applied research project to generate resources for NH community hospitals by demonstating the use of clinical process cost analysis as a tool to eliminate waste.

To conduct a statewide analysis and mapping of the institutions whose primary purpose is to provide to the public affordable housing support and assistance.

To ensure that medical interpretation is universally available to and utilized by all individuals in need of those services in NH by creating and disseminating a strategic plan which is supported and led by key stakeholders.

To develop a statewide campaign to stop the spread of flu in NH, using the principles of social marketing, and working in collaboration with other organizations, including the NH DHHS Immunization Program and the NH Minority Health Coalition.

To bring together grantmaking colleagues with government staff, policy experts, researchers, and community advocates to discuss opportunities and strategies for protecting public programs in the short term and working towards more sustainable and equitable policies over the long term.

To increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the current transportaion system of the Twin Rivers and Lakes regions in order to improve access to health care by establishing an effective working model for rural transportation for this NH region.

To improve outcomes for adolescents participating in New Heights after-school programs by implementing a sustainable process to evaluate participants over time resulting in improved participant outcomes and an increase in cost effectiveness by determining which activities can be modified or eliminated.

To increase the number of dentists available to serve NH residents by expanding the current NH Recruitment Center to include the recruitment of dentists.
