To increase integration and social inclusion of immigrants and refugees in Manchester by implementing a multi-sector plan to promote economic, educational, social, and cultural integration of newcomers.

To create welcoming communities in NH into which immigrants are more likely to integrate by facilitating community collaboration, promoting a welcoming community climate and advocating for institutional change that promotes mutual respect and cooperation between foreign-born and U.S.-born Americans.

To increase integration and social inclusion of immigrants and refugees in Concord by implementing a multi-sector plan to promote economic, educational, social, and cultural integration of newcomers.

To increase integration and social inclusion of immigrants and refugees in Greater Nashua by implementing a multi-sector plan to promote economic, educational, social, and cultural integration of newcomers.

To utilize the expertise of NH’s Leaders of Color to develop a cohort of rising minority community leaders with an equity knowledge base, concrete skills for participating in leadership roles, and the ability to create change via collective impact.

The Emerging Leaders in Communities of Color Leadership Program will strengthen New Hampshire's diverse communities by developing individuals of color with the necessary skills to effectively participate in community leadership roles and promote collective impact within communities of color.

To further integration for immigrants in NH by improving the knowledge base regarding the economic impact of immigrants which can be used to better inform a narrative and engage business and other economic leaders in the state.

To increase representation of Bhutanese women in leadership positions in the community.

To strengthen the field and increase NH’s leadership capacity to advance health equity by funding Collective Impact 101 training for approximately 50 grassroots leaders from NH’s communities of color; funding training and facilitated dialogue regarding equity and communities of color for 30-35 state and local policy makers/leaders to advance health equity; providing training and technical assistance to grantees of the EH’s Immigrant Integration Initiative; and supporting public relations activity to advance Immigrant Integration in NH.

To strengthen the field and increase NH’s leadership capacity to advance health equity by providing:
• Collective Impact 101 and training for leaders of the NH Health and Equity Partnership,
• Training in grantmaking with an Equity Lens, and
• Training and technical assistance for an Immigrant Integration Initiative Launch Event for the four funded communities.

To develop a strong field for Immigrant Integration in New Hampshire by convening practitioners for peer-to-peer learning, training, and technical assistance via a Community of Practice.

To advance the integration and inclusion of immigrants and refugees in New Hampshire through a collaborative planning process to foster a shared vision for the future among newcomers and long-term residents and develop a community-level plan of multi-sector strategies to promote the economic, educational, social, cultural, and spatial integration of newcomers.
