Funds will support consultant costs.

To fund consultant costs associated with managing the database of indicators, analysis and interpretation of new data, updating the online data display, and dissemination to targeted audiences.

To fund consultant costs associated with video production.

To fund staff and travel costs associated with stakeholder engagement, key informant interviews, analysis and data visualization, preparation of written reports, and sharing of results to various audiences as determined by EH.

This grant will support communication strategies to enhance the knowledge of NH residents, health equity policy leaders and practitioners thereby enabling them to better understand and address the health equity needs of NH.

To fund consultant costs associated with conducting background research and develop community engagement documents.

To provide a deeper level of awareness and engagement for journalists reporting on issues of race by providing a multi-session training opportunity.

Build a community of informed leaders in NH to increase civic engagement and strengthen communities through connecting and educating a diverse pool of engaged, or emerging, leaders about the State of New Hampshire.

To ensure quality advocacy, knowledge development and nonprofit capacity building leadership for the mental health system which supports NH's children and their families by providing general operating support.

To continue cultivating and developing robust and resilient family and youth leaders, who are full partners in transforming and strengthening the infrastructure of NH’s children’s behavioral health system, by providing opportunities for leadership development, community engagement, education, training, and advocacy.

To improve health outcomes for an at risk population by providing medically tailored meals and access to healthy eating programs.

To improve access to and quality of healthcare in New Hampshire by collaboratively developing a state healthcare workforce development plan
