To draw on the expertise of NH’s Leaders of Color to train and develop a cohort of promising/rising minority community leaders with an equity frame knowledge base and concrete skills for participating in leadership (committees, boards, mainstream leadership development programs) while building collective impact capacity in communities of color.

To provide safer homeless services for clients and staff during COVID-19 by providing shelter leadership technical assistance in accessing funding, making operational improvements and supporting the conversion of shelter sites into permanent housing.

To create an advocacy structure that will serve as the foundation for achieving critical, multi-issue policy goals and provide training and mentoring to the field, thereby enhancing strategic leadership and advocacy capacity in critical organizations.

To sustain general operations and ensure nonprofit capacity building focused on improving the health of vulnerable residents of NH by addressing housing needs as a critical determinate of health.

To reduce child and family hunger by developing and using public awareness tools grounded in communications science to effectively message child and family hunger and inspire policy change.

To build advocacy capacity to advance the priorities and strategies of the New Hampshire Alliance for Healthy Aging and its partners.

To sustain an effective and sustainable statewide advocacy infrastructure that promotes healthy aging in New Hampshire.

To strengthen and expand the capacity of NH's Family Resource Centers by streamlining state-level infrastructure, maximizing existing assets, and addressing resource gaps

To improve the supply of health care workers in New Hampshire by better aligning health care workforce initiatives, addressing gaps and minimizing redundancies through a comprehensive plan for the state.

To quantify early childhood racial inequities and recommend policy solutions that would promote fair and just opportunities for all New Hampshire young children and their families by conducting a study

To enhance the capacity of NH’s leaders and communities to advance health and racial equity by working collaboratively within and among specific sector groups.

To ensure small businesses and employees negatively impacted by COVID-19 have the resources to pay mortgages, rent and other immediate costs.
