To advance public policies that make it easier for young children to thrive by conducting a policy analysis on several priorities identified in Spark NH's Framework for Action

The UNH Center on Aging and Community Living (CACL) will provide core infrastructure support to the Elder Health Coalition by convening the multi-sector stakeholder group; facilitating action groups focused on action plan priorities; developing and beginning to implement a communication strategy; and engaging the involvement of consumer stakeholders.

To create more equitable and inclusive leadership practices in NH organizations and communities through an intensive series of facilitated dialogues focused on systemic and structural racism, implicit bias, and privilege assocated with social identities.

To conduct a need/gap analysis of the NH integrated behavioral health workforce and create a NH Intergrated Behavioral Health workforce plan.

To increase integration and social inclusion of immigrants and refugees in the Lakes Region by implementing a multi-sector plan to promote economic, educational, social, and cultural integration of newcomers.

To create welcoming communities in NH into which immigrants are more likely to integrate by facilitating community collaboration, promoting a welcoming community climate and advocating for institutional change that promotes mutual respect and cooperation between foreign-born and U.S.-born Americans.

To document the progress and measure the effectiveness of the four Immigrant Integration Initiative communities in creating local immigrant integration plans and implementing strategies for more Welcoming Communities by conducting a systematic review of the four plans and key informant interviews.

To fund staffing, consultants and related expenditures associated with building backbone infrastructure to monitor progress, to foster coordination and to align partners for Plan implementation efforts.

To support technical assistance and participation of community leaders of color during the development of a set of priorities for advancing a collective impact approach to healthy aging in NH.

To begin building a health and healthcare advocacy model in New Hampshire by conducting an assessment to determine current assets, current gaps and resource needs to begin building and sustaining an advocacy model.

To implement the Equity Leaders Fellowship program for cohort number 2, by utilizing the expertise of NH leaders of color to train rising minority community leaders with an equity frame knowledge base, concrete skills for participating in leadership roles, and the ability to create change through collective impact.

To help newspaper, radio, television and online reporters and editors do a better job covering critical health care issues by participating in a comprehensive curriculum designed to enhance their knowledge of complex health policy issues.
