To create welcoming communities in NH into which immigrants are more likely to integrate by facilitating community collaboration, promoting a welcoming community climate and advocating for institutional change that promotes mutual respect and cooperation between foreign-born and U.S.-born Americans.

To educate New Hampshire’s policy makers, business leaders, legislators and funders with information about the economic impacts of aging and support informed policy making and other decision making to address the challenges and opportunities of an aging population by conducting a comprehensive study of current literature and demographic, economic, and workforce data.

To complete an environmental scan of the six domain areas of an elder friendly community by conducting a literature search, key informant interviews or focus groups; and analysis of findings to summarized in a final report.

To advance a regional approach to addressing the challenges and opportunities presented by an aging Northern New England by providing learning opportunities, facilitating opportunities for networking and encouraging cross-sector collaboration among municipal, policy, advocacy and business leaders working across Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.

To foster greater integration and social inclusion for new Americans in New Hampshire by creating a communications framework that navigates the current public discourse on the issues of immigration and evokes new and positive thinking about our state’s increasing diversity.

To strengthen connections among cross-sector stakeholders working regionally and at the state level to implement shared early childhood goals by providing a Collective Impact Workshop for Spark NH membership and other regional coalitions.

To continue to develop shared identity among stakeholders and strengthen knowledge within the field of elders by convening stakeholders for planning, training and consensus building.
