To develop and secure resources to implement the Child Health Improvement Partnership (CHIP) model in NH by building a network of pediatric primary care practices and stakeholders, and by developing an operational plan to address a child health improvement priority identified by the network.

To increase early identification and reduce the acuity of eating disorders in NH children and adolescents by planning to 1) create a sustainable network of at least ten eating disorders treatment teams strategically located statewide, and 2) educate school personnel to recognize symptoms of eating disorders and refer students for assessment by trained medical providers.

To better coordinate care and improve the provision of services for children with complex behavioral health needs by: (1) analyzing statutes, regulations and other policies utilized in states or jurisdictions employing a Care Management Entity (CME) approach and (2) conducting a policy audit and analysis of NH statutes, regulations, and other policies to identify barriers and opportunities to creation of a CME in NH.

To improve quality of life outcomes (physical, mental and social well-being) for low income and vulnerable residents of NH by enhancing the range of advocacy resources which support the work of the NH health and human service non-profit sector.

To create healthier and safer neighborhoods in Manchester, NH by implementing the city's change to multi-use, integrated and resident-engaged schools.

To improve the health and health care system of NH especially for the vulnerable and underserved through health reform strategies especially public policy.

To expand the reach and deepen the influence of the research and analysis efforts of the NH Fiscal Policy Institute, by hiring a full-time Communications and Outreach Coordinator.

To ensure quality advocacy and knowledge development for the health system in NH in order to improve the health of NH residents by sustaining the general operations of key NH nonprofits.
