To establish a NH Adoption Resource Exchange in order to create awareness of children legally free for adoption through the New Hampshire Department for Children, Youth and Families and further promote permanency for all children.

To improve the health and life expectancy of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by adapting InSHAPE (a health and wellness program for people with serious mental illness) to serve people from the IDD community in Strafford County with the goal of implementing the program statewide.

To create a shared vision for the future of behavioral health care in New Hampshire by hosting a summit to promote cross-sector collaboration, professional development, and shared public policy goals.

To improve social-emotional outcomes for NH's young children (birth to five years) by developing a five year plan for infrastructure, model implementation and financing for statewide adoption of the evidence-based Pyramid Model.

To provide high-quality professional and public education to prevent elder financial exploitation through the creation of a Coordinated Community Response Team and public education forums.

To strengthen the capacity of Family Resource Centers of Quality by developing a sustainable operational structure and by enhancing best practice knowledge through attendance at the National Summit on Quality in Home Visiting Programs.

To build capacity of the organization for the future by developing a strategic plan.

To become a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Lookalike by developing a successful application with the help of skilled consultants.

To improve access to health care services for transgender people by conducting a statewide forum for health care providers, community organizations, government agencies and health and legal professionals focused on healthcare practices and policies in New Hampshire.

To strengthen State and local capacity to deliver high-quality oral health services by providing access to expert speakers on important oral health issues.

To improve outcomes and long-term success for children with developmental disabilities and delays by tracking and encouraging day to day parental interaction with infants and toddlers.

To diversify NH's teacher workforce and build the capacity of NH teachers to serve the needs of diverse students by uniting college-level students with NH high school students with refugee backgrounds and/or students of color in mutual learning.
