Create a regional learning collaborative to promote systems changes and coordination efforts to improve the health, care, and support of community-dwelling older adults living with dementia and their care partners in Northern New England.

To strengthen the capacity of funders in NH to strategically coordinate and co-fund grantmaking by completing a baseline report that maps the state’s philanthropic landscape.

To develop family leadership in NH’s children’s behavioral health system through identification and engagement, providing training and support in advocacy and outreach, fostering and mentoring family leaders as advocates, and expanding grassroots family-to-family peer supports.

To raise awareness of barriers to civic discourse in the Lakes Region and educate residents about opportunities to improve racial justice and welcoming activities in the state by covering a variety of issues related to social determinants of health and to examine solutions to the existance of hate groups locally and statewide.

To conduct research and analysis necessary to create the 2019 New Hampshire Civic Health Index Report and prepare materials necessary to engage local communities in discussions about civic health.

To expand the Endowment for Health’s ability to leverage local, regional and national ideas and funding, through enhanced relationships with those in the field of philanthropy focused on healthy aging.

To help policymakers and providers understand the importance of young children's healthy social-emotional development by creating messaging tools and presentations

To create a stronger base of engaged and informed community leaders advocating for the health and well-being of older people by building an alumni network of graduates of the NH Senior Leadership Program.

To enhance capacity to promote infant and early childhood mental health by conducting an assessment to establish workforce development needs.

To enhance leadership capabilities and educational attainment of primarily youth of color in the Manchester and Nashua School Districts by providing support to expand the YOU program to youth at Memorial and West High Schools in Manchester and Nashua North and South High Schools.

To conduct research on, and convene key stakeholders about, state health plans used to support improved health policy decision-making.

To strengthen the Children's Behavioral Health Collaborative's impact by evaluating the current structure and assessing its current role in the field and by supporting strategic opportunities
