To improve the health of NH residents by increasing the quality of behavioral health collaborative services provided in hospital emergency care departments and aligned community settings.

To provide technical support to the NH DOE and DHHS as they prepare the Year 4 System of Care Implementation Report and prepare for data needs associated with reports in subsequent years

To sustain general operations and ensure nonprofit capacity building focused on improving the health of vulnerable residents of NH by addressing housing needs as a critical determinate of health.

To build advocacy capacity to advance the priorities and strategies of the New Hampshire Alliance for Healthy Aging and its partners.

The NH Business Acumen Project will advance the readiness of NH Community Based Organizations (CBOs) to partner with integrated healthcare entities by monitoring the current public funding environment, assessing current CBO status and needs, and addressing such needs through technical assistance and training through experts and training materials.

Build the momentum of multiple healthy aging initiatives underway in NH by convening a statewide conference on aging that offers cross-initiative learning, encourages collaboration, and fosters partnerships.

To enhance capacity of NH’s leaders and communities to advance health and racial equity by working collaboratively within and among specific sector groups.

To enhance the knowledge of NH residents, health policy leaders and practitioners about important health equity issues, activities, and successful national/state-based programs by supporting specific communication strategies.

To draw on the expertise of NH’s Leaders of Color to train and develop a cohort of promising/rising minority community leaders with an equity frame knowledge base and concrete skills for participating in leadership (committees, boards, mainstream leadership development programs) while building collective impact capacity in communities of color.

To foster a culture of powerful citizenship by providing a workshop with Eric Liu, author, educator, civic entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Citizen University.
