To spur influential Granite State leaders to take action to support sufficient investment in early childhood by holding a New Hampshire Leaders' Summit on Early Childhood in 2015.

To develop a set of priorities for advancing a collective impact approach to healthy aging in New Hampshire by engaging diverse stakeholders in an action planning process for each of the six domains of an Elder Friendly Community.

To create better collaboration between New Hampshire's regional early childhood initiatives and Spark NH, the state’s early childhood advisory council, by creating a community of practice.

To promote knowledge of and action to address the root causes of health inequities in NH by building the capacity of the NH Health & Equity Partnership, through a collective impact approach to foster societal understanding and will, to engage broad stakeholder support, to leverage funding, and to strengthen organizational effectiveness.

To build a community of informed leaders in NH to increase civic engagement and strengthen communities through connecting and educating a diverse pool of engaged or emerging leaders about the State of New Hampshire.

To increase educators’ knowledge and awareness of poverty barriers and proven strategies for addressing them by funding a keynote speaker for the 2015 NH Educators Summer Summit Early Childhood Strand.

To strengthen and increase NH’s leadership capacity to advance health equity.

To identify one to three actionable policy priorities that will advance the priorities identified in the NH Early Childhood Framework for Action.

To raise awareness among business, civic and governmental leaders about the benefits of immigration for improved health and well-being of all NH residents through dissemination and dialogue of The Economic Impact of Immigration in NH.

To identify and implement strategies to reduce childhood lead poisoning in NH by developing and implementing a communications strategy for effective public education and outreach.

To increase the likelihood that all youth are supported in ways that advance healthy development and well-being and reduce the impact of negative life experiences by increasing the knowledge and effectiveness of professionals who work with young people.
